JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
NTS Group are currently working with a leading group in the region who are actively seeking an Operations Director/VP Of Operations. This role is a senior position, responsible for the overall operations for multiple projects across the region and reports directly into the CEO of the business.
This unique and exciting opportunity would suit a driven, passionate and autonomous individual who is dedicated to driving business forward and exceeding expectations. The role will be actively involved in developing existing operations to improve work flow, maximizing capacity in the existing set up and enhancing competitive advantage through streamlining efficiency and preparing the organization for a significant growth period.
The role will be heavily involved in strategic planning and will input into board level in terms of decision making.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful, you will have 10+ years experience, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry (with a minimum of 2+ years at a Director level) responsible for sizeable operations. You will have experience dealing with multiple properties at any given time (previous Cluster or Group roles are preferred) with a strong focus within pre-opening and development of new brands. You will currently be working at a senior level and capable of hitting the ground running, with pace.
You will have experience of driving efficiency (people, process) and the ability to influence the strategic direction of the business.
