JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A multinational leading real estate consultancy are looking for a Operations Director to join their team in Dubai.
The role will be all encompassing operational role:
- Facilities Management
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures
- HR management of up to 80 staff
- marketing responsibilities
- Managing the regional entity so it functions smoothly and cohesively
- Working directly with the CEO
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will come similar role with strong regional experience.
Preference will be given to candidates who come from a financial services or corporate background.
Salary is up to 40,000 AED plus benefits.
