JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Operations Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The leading CFS for services related to import and export of cargo, stuffing and de-stuffing of containers and cargo storage at Mundra port.
Job Description:
• Approve bookings for container and freight pick up and ensure coordination for shipments
• Review and sign off shipping documents while ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Issue Delivery Order by sea and air
• Communicate with the Vessel Operator
• Review and approve and follow up the documents, processes and controls of freight payment and audit system and ensure all documents, processes and controls are updated
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian and Pakistani nationals
• 28 to 30 years old
• At least 2 years’ experience in shipping industry preferably in the UAE
• Must be knowledgeable in filing Import General Manifest (IGM) , Export General Manifest (EGM), and DPW Portal
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
