Operations Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the Operations Executive, You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our leasing services. Working closely with the Operations Manager, You will assist in managing day-to-day operations, client relationships, and team coordination to achieve our business goals.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leasing or financial services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential due to our international client base.
- Strong knowledge of leasing practices, regulations, and financial principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including lease management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
