Position Title: Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An award winning contemporary Asian restaurant
Job Description:
• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
• Work together with the owner and restaurant managers in the planning, directing and coordinating of restaurant operations
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitors compliance with laws and regulations
• Represent the restaurant in any event or any media relations, when required
• Develop and recommend the budget, concepts and objectives and manage within those approved plans
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Male/Female, 40 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage industry
• Must have background in project management, financial management and operational management
• Ideal candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, Arabic speaker is a plus
