JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 25K AED depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the leading Retail Group in the region, having major branches within UAE operating across GCC for high quality global brands at a competitive price for electronics.
Job Responsibilities:
• Implement operational strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency in areas such as inventory management, stock replenishment, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and inventory accuracy.
• Implement initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male, 30 to 40 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar role
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a retail environment
• Immediate joiner will be prioritize.
