JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We're currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Hotel Operations Manager. As a pivotal member of the team, the selected individual will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of our hotel. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to guest satisfaction, streamline processes, and lead a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage essential hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B services, and guest interactions.
* Implement strategic plans to enhance guest experiences, improve efficiency, and maintain brand standards.
* Collaborate with department heads to allocate resources, refine operational strategies, and ensure exceptional service.
* Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, ensure guest satisfaction, and enhance performance.
* Lead and guide a diverse team, fostering collaboration and professional growth among team members.
* Maintain compliance with safety, security, and hygiene protocols to prioritize the well-being of guests and staff.
* Establish strong relationships with suppliers, associates, and local authorities to ensure smooth operations.
