Position Title: Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based top service provider in the UAE for almost two decades, and contribute to delivering exceptional solutions for customers
Job Description:
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Manage daily operations for efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
• Monitor expenses and ensure budget compliance.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Open to Arabic and Asian nationality
• 40 years old below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• Experience in Operations Management, or a related field is a must
• Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management
• Familiarity with operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite
