Job Description:
- Oversee and streamline day-to-day operational activities
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with different departments (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance) to streamline processes and align goals.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal resource allocation
Requirements:
- 38 years old & below- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in an operations management role.
- Proficiency with project management tools and business software is an advantage.
