Position Title: Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 16,000 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the rapidly growing facility service providers in Dubai, delivering tailored solutions in food safety, catering, and cleaning, while ensuring compliance and excellence across healthcare and commercial sectors.
Job Description:
• Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites and ensure service quality.
• Supervise and train supervisors and cleaning staff with regular site checks.
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve service issues promptly.
• Manage budgets, reports, and ensure safety and compliance across all sites.
Requirements:
• 40 years below• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• At least 3 years of UAE experience in the same role within facilities management, hospitality, or F&B industry
• Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car
Salary:
AED
16,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
