Operations Manager

Description

ROSEGOLD Paris is a fast-growing premium beauty brand scaling across Europe, the Middle East and the US. We design high-performance cosmetic products and sell through e-commerce, retail and marketplaces. We are now looking for a sharp, execution-driven Operations Manager to help structure and scale our day-to-day operations. You will work directly with the founder and leadership team to optimize processes, improve team efficiency, and support international growth. This role is ideal for someone who loves building systems, solving problems fast, and turning chaos into clear processes. If you enjoy ownership, autonomy and high standards, you will thrive with us.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in operations, e-commerce, or startup environments
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tools (Notion, Slack, Asana, Shopify, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and improve performance
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
• Fluent English (French is a plus)
• Ability to work remotely and independently with high accountability
• Experience in fast-growing brands or DTC companies is a strong plus
