An organized and experienced operations manager with a background in swimming pool construction and landscape design-build.
What you'll do:
- Manage daily operations including project planning and scheduling.
- Lead and guide project managers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Suggest improvements and help with financial decisions.
- Track project progress and report using KPIs and other tools.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- 5 years of experience in swimming pool construction, landscaping, or similar fields.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of swimming pool and landscape design.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in construction management, landscape architecture, or related field is a plus.
Key skills: FMCG sales, IT consultancy, IT hardware & networking, ICWA, civil quality control.
