Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the towing services ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Manage the entire operations team providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Coordinate and allocate fleet vehicles to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
- Monitor and improve operational performance to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Implement policies and procedures that align with industry standards and company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and other legal requirements.
- Track and manage fleet performance including regular maintenance and equipment audits.
- Optimize operational processes to reduce costs while improving service quality.
- Prepare and present operational reports and KPIs to senior management.
