Operations Manager - La Coco F&B

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of our Specialty Restaurant including Pool & Beachside operations in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Operations Manager is responsible to function as the Business Leader and a Marketing Specialist for the outlet, to ensure that the outlet operates successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 3 years of independent work experience in Specialty Restaurant or Beach Club outlet.
- Excellent operational, administrative and interpersonal skills and customer service are a must.
- Specialized in operational experience in Mexican/Californian with an international repute will be an added advantage.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport.
