REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a Operations Manager for a fashion Cafe to oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, profitability, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

You will have minimum 3 years experience at a GM/Operations Manager level and a relevant degree. You will have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a casual dining restaurant and Gulf experience is an added bonus.
