JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A new British owned company is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can help a start-up company become a key player in the market.
PAM Luxury Transport is well funded and aims to expand rapidly both through employed drivers, Investor drivers and, ultimately by winning corporate contracts.
We are committed to paying our staff & drivers fairly, in full and on time.
The ideal candidate should expect a competitive Salary with all the usual benefits. We are very much open to discussion regards remuneration for the right person.

REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
- 5 Years’ experience in a Limo company dealing with ride share platforms (uber, Careem, Yango etc)
- Must be able to speak English to a high standard. Preference given to those who also speak Pashto, Sindhi, Urdu or Punjabi.
- Be able to manage the drivers to get the best performance and report to ownership.
- Schedule driver Rota’s
- Ensure all cars are maintained and on the road
- Have procedures in place to ensure driver safety
- Help recruit drivers & provide contact to win corporate contracts
