A leading client withing the Logistics and Shipping sector are seeking to bring on a Operations Manager to join their growing team . This is a fantastic time to join the team as they are growing as a business.

Role: Operations Manager
Location: UAE-Dubai
Duration: Permanent
Rate/Salary: 25k-30k Dirhams per month

If you have the below experience:
• Manage daily operations, plan and resource all daily operational activity across the Distribution Centre aligned to the customer SLAs
• Plan and allocate manpower and equipment to achieve targets at minimum cost
• Manage overtime costs in line with P&L
• Monitor, review, approve or reject overtime ensuring operational costs are kept within budget range
• Monitor quality of work and ensure that standards are being followed
• Ensure full compliance with ISO standards and client specific requirements / stock accuracy expectations
• Achieve quality purchases at low cost
• Monitor performance, identify needs, provide training and recognize star performers
• Manage the customer service levels and conduct monthly KPIs reviews plus other tasks within the scope of this job functions as / when required
• Provide support and/or accomplish ad hoc tasks as per Clients & Customer directives
