Operations Manager / Project Manager

Description

MIRA Construction is looking for an experienced and hands-on operations manager / project manager for one of our projects in the bakery industry. We are looking for a professional to oversee and optimise the daily operations of the bakery business. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in bakery, hotel, or restaurant industries and a strong background in managing teams, processes, and resources.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the bakery.
• Manage HR-related processes: payroll, recruitment (if needed), onboarding, and staff qualification training.
• Ensure smooth supply chain and handle procurement, inventory, and delivery logistics.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.
• Monitor performance and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute operational projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an operations manager or project manager, preferably in the bakery, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• English – B2-C1, Russian is preferable, but not obligatory.
