JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a Staffing and Recruiting provider and they are hiring for an Operations Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This candidate will be reporting directly to the Regional Director and be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations, including: Team Management, Budgeting and Financial Management, Business Development, Account Management and Business Planning. The candidate will have a recruitment background within Technical Industries.

REQUIREMENTS

The applicant will require a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience as an Operations/ Recruitment Manager within a Manpower/Contracts agency. The position requires the candidate to have hands on experience in technical industries, such as Oil and Gas, Power, Infrastructure and Nuclear.

The role will provide competitive salary package.
