JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client, a global multi national Steel Trading & Manufacturing company with a regional office in Dubai we are recruiting an Operations Officer with experience ideally in the Steel Trading Industry.

The role requires someone with experience working in operations or sales coordination/administration and have hands on experience of the following:

• Inventory - warehouse stock reports, cargo allocation, storage confirmations
• Logistics - tracking and updating containerized cargo movement
• Contracts - Purchase and sale Contracts
• Documents - Bills of Lading, Cert of Origin, Marine Insurance, LC's, bankable documents
• Reports - working sheets and management reports

REQUIREMENTS

• The ideal candidate will be degree educated, preferably in a business related field and have experience working for a trading company - Preferably Steel Trading.
• If you have not worked for a trading company you will not be considered for the role.

The cv needs to be a WORD DOCUMENT and please make sure under each company you put a few lines explaining who your company are and what they do + the industry ( trading + What products )
