JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently looking for motivated Emirati graduates to join as Officers – Operations (P5/P6 level) with a leading international travel and tourism company in the UAE. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain exposure in operations, customer service, and compliance while developing long-term career growth within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Visa Application Processing & Customer Interaction
-Scrutinize and collect visa application documents for processing.
-Attend to customer queries in person, via email, or phone.
-Provide information on Value-Added Services and facilitate their delivery.
-Encourage applicants to provide feedback on their experience.
Operations & Compliance
-Record and maintain application data accurately and on time.
-Handle cash and bank transactions in line with company procedures.
-Ensure applications are completed within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
-Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
Logistics & Project Support
-Manage passport deliveries to consulates, applicants, and logistic companies.
-Support the Operations Manager/Deputy Manager in execution of special projects.
Other Responsibilities
-Adhere to company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.
-Maintain the highest ethical standards in line with Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS).
Requirements:
-Nationality: Emirati (UAE passport & family book required).-Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, preference for Business/IT/Service-related fields).
-Experience: 0–12 months; fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Experience in travel, tourism, or customer service is an advantage.
Skills:
-Strong communication skills in English & Arabic.
-Customer service orientation.
-Teamwork, adaptability, and digital fluency.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
