JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Specialist Sub Contractor - Design, Engineering & Facades - Abu Dhabi
Our client is a prominent, market leader within the engineering & façade market in the Middle East & APAC region.
The ideal candidate would be someone from a building background ; with a background of large/high value facade projects. Our client specialises in high rise buildings, having some iconic sky scrapers in their portfolio.
- You must come with at least 15 years experience
- Arabic speaker (essential)
- Proven track record in the industry
- Must have experience in KSA & UAE markets in order to hit the ground running.
- Existing relationships with contractors
- Commercially astute. Must be able to manage budgets, targets & time scales. Will be required to present to senior management.
