JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• We are an E commerce company hiring for Customer Service Representative/Office assistance, who will be responsible acting as the first point of contact for all clients on a daily basis and handling customer queries and disputes.
• Providing administration support including delivering mail, organizing courier services, ordering office supplies, preparing, booking, shipping packages and other administration/secretarial duties.
• Act as the first point of contact for all clients on a daily basis
• Handling customer queries and disputes.
• Improve customer satisfaction across channels.
• Increase client retention by meeting and exceeding client needs
• Provide a resource for clients seeking information, assistance or recommendations; a thorough understanding of all key services and amenities are critical in the ability to deliver service in an exceptional and timely manner.
• Highly visible and ready to assist clients as and when needs arise with a flexible and helpful approach.
• Providing administration support including delivering mail, organizing courier services, ordering office supplies, preparing, booking, shipping packages and other administration/secretarial duties.
• Gifts wrapping and packaging skills are required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 experience in customer service/sales or e-commerce.
• Previous work experience within a customer service focused position.
• Proven organization skills ability to priorities and multi-task.
• Professional communication skills.
