JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mandarin Speaking Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end client account operations and support process optimization to enhance overall customer and partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the complete lifecycle of client accounts, including account setup, quota allocation, account suspension, and issue resolution.
2. Collect, analyze, and summarize operational data from clients and partners, providing clear reports to support decision-making and process improvements.
3. Monitor client credit usage and partner rebate execution, ensuring accurate and timely calculation and implementation of incentive and discount policies.
4. Coordinate and follow up on after-sales service requests, ensuring non-technical issues are resolved efficiently.
5. Collaborate across departments to optimize operational processes and improve the experience of clients and partners.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong attention to detail, with excellent execution and communication skills.
3. Proficient in basic operational data analysis; skilled in Excel or similar tools to produce clear data summaries.
4. Customer service oriented with strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn about cloud computing operations.
5. Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
6. Proactive, responsible, and a team player, eager to grow within an operations role.
7. Fluent in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written) – required.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 8,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
