JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• A reputed Chain of Private Clinics in Dubai;
• Looking for DHA Licensed, Arabic speaking Specialist Ophthalmologist;
• Basic salary plus additional benefits are offered.
JOB SUMMARY:
This post is for a full time Ophthalmologist who will join a team of Doctors providing outpatient Ophthalmology services. Appropriate experience and competence required in all aspects of Clinical Ophthalmology.
• Provides ophthalmological care to assigned patients according to current, best evidence-based standards and in accordance to the medical facility’s policy and regulations;
• Evaluates patients and records clinical findings and plans of care;
• Collaborates with other members of the health and administration team to ensure patient safety and quality treatment;
• Participates in the review and planning activities relevant to Ophthalmology services offered by the facility;
• Participates in the professional development and educational activities for the medical staff;
• Participates in the conduct of clinical audits as per the clinical governance policy of the facility.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Applicant should have completed Specialist training in Ophthalmology and have min 3-5 years’ experience working in the Specialty;
Strong awareness of medical malpractice protocols;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required;
DHA License – Ophthalmologist Specialist.
