Job Description :-
- Successfully implementing the Demand Management and Supply Planning Oracle fusion modules considering all qualitative and quantitative data parameters.
- Verify and maintain data quality to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide detailed training and follow user acceptance procedures.
- Provide all documentation related to the tool's implementation, management, and customization from SOPs to Process Maps.
- Implementation of the Oracle Demand Management and Supply Planning Fusion Cloud Modules focusing on itemized short, medium, and long-term demand forecasts operational types under the following categories: Vehicle Spare Parts - Power Train, Cabin Parts, Superstructure, Tires, Oil and Lubricants, Industrial Equipment & Tools, Labour Consumables (Clothing and PPE), Telematics Tracking Parts, Rentals (Vehicles Rent /lease /sub-contract, Labour subcontracted and temporary), Fuel, Capex Items.
- Consultant shall validate entire data and confirm if any improvements are required against the dataset shared and the current data-capturing mode.
- Consultant shall Understanding and assess our current as-is process and Designing of the to-be process:
- Consultant shall identify the GAP and suggest a to-be process , and which should not be a tool centric process but a cross-functional process involving different departments and stakeholders.
- Recommend appropriate demand forecast models and help tune statistical models to arrive at unbiased baseline forecasts.
Qualifications :-
- Bachelor's in science - (Preferable environmental or Mechanical Engineer, Entry Level)
- BSC IT BTech
- Oracle Demand Planning Fusion Module Knowledge
- Preferably Basic fleet management and spare parts knowledge as most of our planned items are going to be spare parts
- Can review & assess business processes
- Analyse statistical Data
- Understand the Inventory Management flow
- Good Communication Skills and adaptability to work under load to meet deadline,
- Language Proficiency English (fluent)
Experience :-
- Demand Planning Oracle cloud implementation
- Solution architect experience for business processes
- EBS Oracle experience in Supply Chain Modules
- Demand Planning Inventory Replenishment and Procurement Process
