JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery to join our esteemed healthcare team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing and treating various conditions related to the mouth, jaw, and face. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care and support surgical procedures in a state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients with oral and maxillofacial conditions.
- Perform surgical procedures related to the mouth, jaw, and face, including but not limited to extractions, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery.
- Collaborate with dental professionals, orthodontists, and other specialists to develop individualized treatment plans.

Requirements:

- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful surgical outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of the latest techniques and technologies in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
