JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As the Service Planning and Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for assessing, strategising, and executing services to ensure alignment with entity wide objectives as well as efficient implementation. You will also lead initiatives in organisational design, job evaluation, and the development of a comprehensive job classification framework.

Description
* Lead the creation and execution of the section's strategic objectives, policies, initiatives, and operational plans to ensure they align with the organisation's overall goals.
* Oversee the development of the section's annual budget, ensuring it aligns with both strategic and operational objectives, and manage resources effectively.
* Establish performance objectives for the section and ensure their effective achievement. Evaluate service requests from government entities for feasibility and alignment with organisational goals, and ensure successful execution of service delivery engagements.
* Coordinate with delivery teams to address project issues, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and develop regular progress and achievement reports for senior management.
* Lead organisational design consultations, support structure redesigns, conduct job evaluation reviews, and develop a job categorisation framework. Ensure delivery of policy workshops and training sessions for government entities on organisational design and job evaluation.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.* Strong experience in service planning and delivery mandates for large organisations with complex structures and processes.
* Deep expertise in designing and implementing organisational design as well as job classification frameworks.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
* Must be a UAE National
