JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist/Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join our esteemed healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of orthopedic conditions and injuries. This role requires a deep understanding of orthopedic surgery techniques, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving patient outcomes and contributing to the advancement of orthopedic practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with orthopedic conditions, including physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' medical histories and specific orthopedic needs.
- Perform a variety of orthopedic surgical procedures, including but not limited to joint replacements, arthroscopy, and fracture repair.

Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MBBS) from an accredited institution.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an orthopedic surgeon.
- Demonstrated expertise in performing a wide range of orthopedic surgical procedures.
- Strong knowledge of current orthopedic practices, techniques, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and improving patient outcomes.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical skills and knowledge.
Salary:
AED
45,000 to 90,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
