JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help drive sales for our outdoor furniture products. As an Outdoor Furniture Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, establish relationships with potential clients, and close sales deals to secure projects for our outdoor furniture offerings. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and maximizing revenue growth.
• Identify and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, cold calling, and online research.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and preferences related to outdoor furniture products.
• Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our outdoor furniture to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other key decision-makers within the industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements to close sales deals and secure projects.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and client communication to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
• Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and recommendations to the sales manager.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the outdoor furniture or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of outdoor furniture materials, styles, and trends is desirable.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
