JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote company’s dental laboratory services.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, including dental practices, clinics, and individual practitioners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct regular visits to potential and current clients to present services, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Work closely with the dental lab team and other departments to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outdoor sales and marketing, specifically in the dental lab industry.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth understanding of dental lab services and the dental industry in general.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region to meet clients and attend events.
- Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Salary:
AED
8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
