JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Keeping management informed by submitting daily activity reports to the Head of Department
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and turn those prospects into customers
Salary:
AED
4,500 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: 1800 FOR CAR ALLOWANCE
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any relevant certification
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Outdoor Salesman selling household products
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Have the ability to achieve targets or Goal-oriented
- Must have a valid UAE driver’s license, own car is a plus
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
