Outlet Manager Up To 11k Aed++ for a 4-Star Hotel In Abu Dhabi
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the outlet personnel management especially in planning and assigning workloads
- Interacts with clients in order to make sure that satisfaction and promotion of facilities and services are adequately met
- Communicates with other departments in order make sure that customers’ needs are satisfied and met
- Responsible in recruiting team professionals as well as qualified staff who are dedicated to provide great services
- Organize appointments and meetings for staff, change menu and other matters related to their line of work and implement trainings for employees if needed
- In-charge of reviewing performance and sales of the company to meet profits and goals
- Focus on safety and health standards in order to make sure that their teams have good knowledge on safe working condition
REQUIREMENTS
- POSITION: Outlet Manager
- SALARY: 11,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus Studio-Type Accommodation
- HIRING COMPANY: 4-Star Hotel
- WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to Western or Eastern Europeans and South Africans
- Male/Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent of relevant certificate
- Minimum experience of 2 years in managing a bar lounge outlet either in a hotel or a reputable standalone bar/lounge restaurant
- Confident individual with personal character and style
- Must have bold and sassy personality that can create a vibrant and fresh environment for both guests and associates
- Highly motivated personnel
- Have great management, communication, critical thinking and organizational skills
