JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Outlet Manager up to 22K AED for a Leading Hospitality Group in Dubai
• Manages restaurant’s overall activities
• Achieves objectives through appropriate planning, organization of staff, inventory management, cost control and maximization of the restaurant’s sales and profits
• Assist the Regional Brand Manager in the development of the restaurant’s overall yearly plan and budget
• Provides senior management with all necessary data and statistics relating to restaurant sales and
• performance, in order to assist them in their decision-making process
• Observes compliance with the Group policies and procedures, as well as, governmental laws and regulations
• Supervises the opening & closing of the restaurant
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Outlet Manager
• SALARY: up to 22K AED all-inclusive plus yearly bonus depending on qualifications and experience
• HIRING COMPANY: Casual Dining Restaurant – Leading Hospitality Group
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized (1-month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to American candidates
• Male/Female, 28 – 45 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• BA degree in Business Administration, or a Hospitality degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Open for candidates from GCC countries
• Strong leadership, motivational, communication and interpersonal skills
