JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A multinational company is seeking to recruit a PA to support 2 Directors and the wider team.
You will be responsible for:
- Extensive travel arrangements
- Complex diary management
- Prepare presentations on PowerPoint
- Expense claims
- Assist team members with adhoc administrative or project tasks
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role you must have at least 2 years PA experience in the UAE.
You will have outstanding organisation skills with a keen eye for detail. This is a fast paced role and therefore you must be able to demonstrate intiative and be proactive.
You will also possess proficient MS Office skills especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
The salary is offered between AED 14,000 - AED 16,000 with benefits.
