JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

What you’ll be doing
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Arranging diary appointments for the General Manager (CEO) and COO
- Assist in the organisation of Company events, conferences and meetings
- Use databases to update spreadsheets
- Note take when requested
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
- Provide high level administration support and implement systems to elevate administration workload
- Conduct research and compile data when needed
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Liaising with project managers to ensure projects are moving at the right pace
- Supporting the CEO in organising out of work planning, trips and appointments etc
- Organise travel when required
- Managing the employment VISA process for new employees
- Other office management and HR duties as and when required
- Raising any concerns with the General Manager and COO.
Requirements:
- Fluent English - verbal and written- 2+ years experience in a PA role to the CEO or General Manager
- Understanding of UAE labor law and HR practices
- Experience in office management and managing the VISA process
- Experience in diary management and administration including using google suite
- Friendly, energetic and driven to succeed

- Educated to degree level

Salary:
AED
5,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
