JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a set up company with a backing of a large local organization the company requires an experienced PA to support the CEO and manage a small team
Salary 12-20,000 AED (dep exp.)
Based in Deira Centre
Duties:
- Managed the CEO (British) & Director (American)
- Diary management, agendas, screening emails and calls
- Managing the set up of the office
- Implementing policies & procedures
- Assisting with visa's & other HR duties for the office
- Managing the team holidays
- Expenses & petty cash, liaising with accountant on invoices and purchase orders
- Preparing documents,letters and emails
- Creating powerpoint presentations
- Research findings and presenting
- Stationary ordering, business cards etc
REQUIREMENTS
- Western educated, through Arabic would also be advantageous
- Fully IT literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Female Required
- PA precious experience ideally within the UAE
- Smart, presentable & friendly
- Able to multitask
- Self Motivated to work on own initiative
