JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
This is a dual role as the CEO works with a great deal of self-sufficiency and does not require intense full-time support, hence the PA role will also support additional functions such as HR, Operations, Marketing and Finance with administrative and event tasks.
Ensuring regular 1:1 meetings with the CEO are held to review and update any diary commitments and key priorities, you will take ownership of his diary and provide full itineraries of travel from cars and logistics to visa applications and hotel reservations on a global scale. Document management for all meetings including up to Board level, will also be part of the role and you will prepare all agendas, reports and PowerPoint presentations as required. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times is essential. With regards to events, The PA will play a key part in assisting with the Corporate Annual Sales Conference, networking opportunities and dinners for the CEO and wider business development teams. Given that you are an experienced candidate any suggestions to improve efficiencies will be greatly supported by this approachable and integrated team.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years exposure supporting those at a senior Director or C- suite level, and who also possess a great team spirit, events and organisational acumen and strong all round administrative skills with MS Office including excel and PowerPoint. It is also expected that you will degree educated.
