JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

BWP are representing a client whom works with international firms to assist with recruiting an experience PA to the company chairman

Salary 15-20,000 AED (dep on exp.)

Duties:
- Directly report to the company chairman with all day to day support
- Diary and calendar management
- Responding to emails on behalf of the chairman
- Secretarial support and managing the office including an office move
- Managing the team
- Accompanying the chairman on some international visits
- Providing reports, screening calls running errands
- Assisting with personal and family issues
- Producing reports using Excel
- Providing presentation and literature for meetings
- Arranging meetings, follow up emails, briefings
- Liaising with clients in behalf of the chairman

REQUIREMENTS

- Western Requested
- Good command of English language
- PA-EA experience essential
- Smart, well groomed in appearance
- Friendly and outgoing
- Able to travel on business trips
- under 35 years old
- IT Literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
