Employment: Full Time

This exciting and fast paced vacancy provides an opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced professionals, working with valued clients across a range of sectors and practices to deliver strategic solutions that help to meet their client’s business objectives. The organisation is a leading and award winning consultancy specialising in Communications, Consumer & Lifestyle, Digital, Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Sports PR & Sponsorship and Training. With a head office based in Ireland they are seeking an experienced and highly energized PA to the MD to join their newly formed and fast growing Dubai office.

You will be a native or near native English speaker to assist a dynamic and extremely experienced female Managing Director, whom is passionate and highly driven about the business and its clients. You will assist with every aspect of the needs of the business and be capable of leading client meetings in the absence of the MD. Therefore, those with a passion for digital and social media are particularly sought after. In addition to diary management, full correspondence, support and client liaison, the PA will also be responsible for the management of the fit out and set up of the new office, which is due to be completed in August this year. Therefore candidates with high organisation skills and the ability to multi task an ever changing list of priorities and schedules will perform very well in this new role. In addition you will also be instrumental in the recruitment and development of the team across all levels of seniority and capabilities as the business continues to grow in the region for the future. The clients this organisation represents are large MNC companies with multi million dirham contracts worth of business and therefore an extremely high level of tact, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality is essential at all times, especially when assisting in the management of crisis communication and strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

It is expected that the selected candidate will be extremely fast paced, possess boundless enthusiasm and high levels of energy to match the very experienced MD and her expectations as the business grows. You will be an instrumental support to her and the business, both now and in the future. Therefore those who have been exposed to a similar environment in the past are highly advantageous. You will be degree educated, preferably within the marketing, communications and PR field and extremely ambitious, organised and dedicated. This is a fantastic role for those looking to move on within a senior capacity in the digital, communications and PR sector.
