JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key tasks
- Repair, maintain, prepare, paint and polish all joinery, wood works, furniture at the hotel.
- Maintain walls, ceilings, painted floor, wood work, furniture's of the hotel as per the standards at all times.
- Should have a thorough knowledge of various paints, oil and polishes.
- Cover the area properly and keep caution sign board adequately within the work area.
- Inspect public area frequently and keep the surroundings presentable always.
- Ensure that the area is kept clean and organized upon completion of works.
- Assist Engineering Coordinator or Engineering Supervisor to order special paints and polishes and keeps an eye on stock movements.
- Knowledge of fixing decorative ceramic tiles, wall plastering, concrete mixing and shuttering, fixing of road paving tiles, silicon and grouting works.
