JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
An international law firm in the UAE is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its thriving legal team.
You will report to the Head of Department. As part of this collegiate team you will support three Senior Associates and one associate. You will also draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts entered into by the firm. As part of your function you will review the terms and conditions of contracts and agreements. A proven ability to work within a team in a support function as well as autonomously is vital.
REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for this role you will have worked as a paralegal in a company or law firm environment. You will have at least three years experience as a Paralegal. You will need excellent organizational skills. Whilst bi-lingual candidates are preferred this is not mandatory should you have the required skill set. You will also have a strong academic background from a leading university.
A background in law is required and a legal education is preferred.
