Paralegal & Corporate Affairs Analyst (Emiratisation)

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Charterhouse is working with a global FMCG company that is looking to hire a Paralegal & Corporate Affairs Analyst to join their office in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire for a UAE National to comply with Emiratisation.

This role will encompass performing any administrative tasks requested to support the CLA function, and ensuring adherence to legal and company compliance through regulatory research and periodic reviews. This role would also require working in conjunction with other departments to follow up on matters requiring legal supervision.

The role will be focused on supporting the company’s Emiratisation initiatives and being the first point of contact for all tasks relating to NAFIS and Government topics. This role would also liaise with government and non-government institutions to ensure completion of any tasks required to maintain regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
To be considered for the role, the successful candidate would be degree educated and have nearly 1 year of experience in a similar role, and it would be a bonus to have previous experience within FMCG, Pharma or similar sectors.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a drive and enthusiasm for learning and growing within a fast-paced environment. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in both, English and Arabic. This would be an exciting opportunity for someone that has been working within the Legal Sector and has gone in-house to support on Corporate or Regulatory affairs.

To comply with the UAE nationalisation law, our client is only looking to hire nationals residing in the UAE. This would be an excellent opportunity for a junior Paralegal professional looking to develop professionally within a well-reputed global organisation.
