JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
An exciting opportunity for a Private Equity Paralegal to join a Sovereign Wealth Fund!
Our client, is looking for an experienced Paralegal with a strong Financial Services or Investment Funds background, to support their Private Equity team.
What will the role involve?
* As a member of the Private Equity team, your main role will encompass that of a Paralegal with some Company Secretarial duties as well
* The main aim is to support the administrative side of the implementation of the investment process and assisting in the monitoring of Compliance within Private Equity.
* Therefore you will be working very closely with Legal, Compliance, Audit and Operations teams to ensure a successful and effective implementation of the investment process.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
* This role is based in Abu Dhabi
* At least two years experience in a legal role, preferably in a Paralegal position
* Must have some Private Equity Experience
* Exposure to international transaction is also essential
* Some corporate secretarial experience
* You must have a minimum qualification of a Legal Degree or Legal conversion course
