JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part Master Engineering Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the continuing airworthiness of our aircraft fleet, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the part master data for the aircraft fleet, including part numbers, descriptions, classifications, and usage information.
- Monitor and control the part number assignment process for new parts and part number changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the part master data.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure that part master data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant departments.
- Develop and maintain processes for part master data verification, validation, and cleansing to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve part master data discrepancies and issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of software tools and systems to enhance part master data management and utilization.
- Support audits and inspections related to part master data management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements related to part master data management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, aviation management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Certification in aircraft maintenance or airworthiness management is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in part master data management within the aviation industry, with a strong understanding of aircraft parts and components.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, standards, and best practices related to part master data management and airworthiness.
- Proficiency in using specialized software tools and systems for part master data management and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address part master data issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing part master data, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic aviation environment, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing requirements.
- Any CAMO qualifications or experience working within a CAMO environment?
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
