JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a UK registered charity and is looking for a Part Time Finance Director and Company Secretary to join their team. The position would guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week with a pay rate of AED 100 per hour. Longer hours may be required during Quarterly and Annual Reporting Periods. The position also has Company Secretary responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
• UK Qualified (ACA, ACCA, AAT or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience of working in the UK with the Charity Commission is a MUST
• Flexibility to travel if required is a MUST
• Experience with SAGE and Quickbooks is desirable
• Previous experience in licensing/IP/royalty accounting is desirable
