JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose: To promote product, services and solutions through our targeted channel partner account in order to maximize the company portfolio. Develop strong and capable partners to achieve sales target that result in mutual revenue & profit growth.

The job requires recruitment of appropriate partners, enablement & empowerment along with retention & reward management. Formulate strategy for sales engagement with the customer, coordinating all resources as necessary to ensure all work with the partner is highly effective. Maintain a comprehensive account profile which includes detailed information on existing and targeted partners and partner-customer account information. Evaluate gaps in information, determine priorities and develop long term strategy. Measure portfolio success against metrics to maximize win-win results and strategic partner investments. Dynamically identify and grow own selected partner-led company pipeline and conduct opportunity reviews that enable joint selling. Provide managerial engagement and advocacy to partners that lead to better partner satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 3+ years sales experience. UAE experience preferred. Candidate with reseller/ partner/ channel experience preferable.

Education: Bachelors Degree in a business field

Job Specific Skills: Effective verbal & written communication.

Generic Skills: PC literate, organizational skills, self organized and good planning skills, interpersonal skills to work effectively cross functionally across the business.
