JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Purpose & Results of Role: Allied Product and Car Accessories business management; Spare parts pricing to customer; Technical and product specification support; Develop sourcing plan based on demand analysis and market intelligence; Committed, results driven and profit and customer satisfaction oriented, always ensuring highest result achievement.

Familiar with Dealer Management System (DMS) and periodically upload the spare parts pricing on system; Handling complete Allied Product and Car Accessories business; Excellent project management and conducting Spare Parts / Allied product campaign management skills; Handling Distributor requirement on Spare Parts – Packing, Quality and Provide complete spare parts technical and specification support; Handling spare parts and accessories marketing activities with distributors; Collect and consolidate Spare parts Operations KPI information for daily and monthly presentation; Ensure adherence to all the policies and standards at all the times

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering
- 5+ Years automobile Allied Product and Car Accessories business experience with proven track records in GCC area.
- High level of competence in spare parts technical skill.
- Good Knowledge on MS Excel and PPT and management reporting skill.
- Logical thinking and strong capability of problem analysis.
- Experience with DMS System and SAP ERP system.
- Fluency in English, other language such as Arabic and Hindi would be advantageous.
- Having UAE Driving license
