JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Pastry Chef
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A luxurious French restaurant with multiple branches across the region.
Job Description:
• Operating and managing the pastry section of the kitchen and liaising with the executive and sous chefs to ensure a successful working environment
• Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment
• Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe
• Developing new recipes for seasonal menus
• Supervising and training staff members, when needed
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to any nationals
• 40 years and below
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role from a French/Italian restaurant
