JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
• Create and develop innovative recipes for a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts, and experiment with flavors, textures, and presentation techniques to produce unique and high-quality products.
• Execute precise baking techniques and oversee the production process of pastries and desserts and ensure consistent quality, taste, and appearance of all baked goods.
• Collaborate with management to design and update pastry menus and create visually appealing and attractive pastry displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the production process and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Supervise and train pastry staff, providing guidance on baking techniques, recipe execution, and time management.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Title: Pastry Chef

Salary: up to 10K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals, tips, and incentives
